Rolwaling Valley, Nepal was first explored in the 1950’s by British mountaineers Edmund Hillary and Eric Shipton who were followed by Swiss and Japanese expeditions. Although these mountaineers opened the door, the valley has remained isolated and almost unknown. In 2014, the Nepalese government approved climbing on several 6,000 m. peaks in Rolwaling for the first time. Rolwaling area is a challenging and rewarding trekking destination for Nepal travelers. Rolwaling valley is named after the Mt. Rolwaling.Rolwaling has a unique environment and is exceptionally rich in bio-diversity which makes this region one of the finest tourist destinations in Nepal. To do Rolwaling valley trek it is not necessary to have any previous hiking and trekking experience, just normal walking experience is enough for doing Rolwaling valley trek.

Day 01   Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Day 02  Kathmandu: Preparation

Day 03  Kathmandu – Gongur khola (Driving by bus)

Day 04  Gongur Khola – SimiGau (Trekking)

Day 05  SimiGau – Donkang (Trekking)

Day 06   Donkang – Beding (Trekking)

Day 07   Beding(rest and visit the gompa and valley)

Day 08   Beding– Na valley (Trekking)

Day 09  Na valley – Hiking to Tsoralpa (trekking and back to beding again)

Day 10 Beding-Donkang(trekking)

Day 11  Donkang-SimiGau(Trekking)

Day 12  SimiGau- Kathmandu( by bus) Hotel
